This bright and modern penthouse is south-east oriented and offers complete privacy in a quiet and secure residential complex and is perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday. It is fully air-conditioned and has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker. Smart TV, WiFi and a parking space in the underground garage. You can use your remote control to drive into the underground garage and take the lift up to the apartment.

On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, large open plan lounge/diner with a lounge area, a 6 seater dining table and a fireplace. Next to the living room there is a private terrace with glass curtains and another 6-seater dining table and chairs as well as another small table with armchairs for relaxing.

Also on the main floor you will find the a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and their own private terraces.

The complex has a total of 3 outdoor pools and 3 children's pools, one per building. The sunbathing areas are equipped with sunbeds and parasols for relaxation and enjoyment. The complex also has a fully equipped gym.

It is only a 5 minute drive to the town centre San Pedro with all its amenities, restaurants and bars and to the beach with its beautiful promenade and many restaurants and beach bars.

The residential area of Guadalmina is ideal for those who want to spend their holiday in a quiet and family friendly area and our penthouse is located in a no party urbanization. There is usually no night time noise or antisocial or disruptive behavior.

Additionally to the above indicated price will be requested:

  • once per stay for the towels, linen and cleaning
    • 120 € for occupancy by 1-3 persons
    • 140 € for occupancy by 4-6 persons
  • 300 € security deposit, which will be refunded after departure subject to inspection.

Please bring your own pool and beach towels as the towels provided are not to be used on the beach.

Payment terms:

  • 35% on reservation
  • 65% 4 weeks before arrival

Additional services:

  • For young parents we can offer as an optional extra service to mount a
    • baby travel cot with pillow and linen as well as a
    • high chair.
    As we have to bring those to the apartment we need to charge a small extra fee of 50€ on arrival and need to be informed upfront.
  • Upon request, cleaning can be carried out during your stay, the scope and costs are to be clarified on site with our administrator
